Purpose of Messaging

LaunchPoint sends SMS messages to respond to inquiries, share service and appointment updates, and provide account notifications for customers who have opted in.

Opt-In

You opt in by submitting a phone number through our contact form, checkout, or another LaunchPoint form and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting us to start a conversation. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and stop further texts.

HELP Instructions

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@yourlaunchpoint.site.

STOP Instructions

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all LaunchPoint SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
