Our Plan

LaunchPoint offers one plan:

• LaunchPoint Managed Website — $29.97 per month. Includes a professionally designed business website, website hosting, an available basic domain name with annual registration and renewal while the subscription remains active, domain configuration and connection, mobile-responsive design, an SSL/security certificate, ongoing website management and maintenance, unlimited basic content updates, and continued support for as long as the subscription remains active. There is no setup fee.

Website Management

Your website remains hosted and managed by LaunchPoint while your subscription is active. A domain registered on your behalf is registered for your business, and you may request its transfer subject to registrar transfer rules and waiting periods.

Domains

One standard available domain is included and renewed while your subscription remains active. Premium domains, previously owned domains and specialty extensions may cost extra. Domain renewals are included only while the subscription remains active.

Included Basic Updates

Basic updates include routine text changes, business-hour changes, phone, email and contact-information changes, service or menu wording changes, replacement of existing photographs you supply, and reasonable color or copy adjustments.

Not included: complete website redesigns, new custom applications, e-commerce systems, advanced booking systems, membership systems, custom databases, major new pages or sections, extensive copywriting projects, custom integrations, branding packages, professional photography, logo design, complex functionality, or rebuilding the website on another platform. Such work is quoted separately and only performed with your approval.

Payments

The LaunchPoint Managed Website plan is a recurring monthly subscription of $29.97 that renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no setup fee. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until the subscription is canceled. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. Your service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already processed are non-refundable and will not be prorated, except where required by law. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

After your paid billing period ends, LaunchPoint hosting, management and domain renewals stop and the website is no longer published. You may request transfer of a domain registered for your business, subject to registrar transfer rules and waiting periods.

Legacy Plans

Customers who purchased earlier LaunchPoint packages continue on the pricing, billing schedule and terms in effect at the time of their purchase. Those plans are unaffected by the packages described above.

Intellectual Property

Content you provide (logos, photos, text) remains yours. Once a website purchase is paid in full and transferred, the final website design assets we deliver to you are yours to use for your business. Underlying platform code, tooling, and third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LaunchPoint services to host unlawful content, send spam, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers.

Limitation of Liability

LaunchPoint provides services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Communication Consent

By contacting us or purchasing a plan, you consent to receive service-related communications from us by email and, where you provided a phone number, by SMS.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your account or inquiries. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.
