Payments

Website builds may be paid in full or split into monthly build payments (3 or 6 months) at the amount shown at checkout. Monthly management is billed at $10/month and continues until canceled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected.

Refund Policy

Because website builds involve custom work that begins immediately after payment, build fees are non-refundable once work has started. Unused management months are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly management plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing cycle. Hosting, updates, and support end at that time.

Intellectual Property

Content you provide (logos, photos, text) remains yours. Once your build is paid in full, the final website design assets we deliver to you are yours to use for your business. Underlying platform code, tooling, and third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LaunchPoint services to host unlawful content, send spam, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers.

Limitation of Liability

LaunchPoint provides services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Communication Consent

By contacting us or purchasing a plan, you consent to receive service-related communications from us by email and, where you provided a phone number, by SMS.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your account or inquiries. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.
